Equine Styled Shoot

Blogging one of my favorite shoots ever!  Some of you know that I grew up around horses- I started riding when I was seven, and continued until my sophomore year of college.  Even though I do not ride anymore, I still LOVE horses.  This type of shoot has been on my “photography bucket list” for a while, so I am thrilled to share these images as they combine two of my loves!  Horses and photography <3

Super thankful for my wonderful models too, so I must give them a shout out!  I did Devyn’s senior portraits in the Spring of 2017, and she is so naturally photogenic that I knew I wanted to work with her again.  This worked out perfectly since she loves horses as much as I do!  Her horse, Marshall, was the wonderful equine model.  Working with animals always adds an interesting dynamic to shoots, but Marshall was perfect. Thank you Devyn for helping me achieve one of my photography goals!  Enjoy some of my favorites from this styled shoot!
