Frank + Wendi | Downtown Culpeper Engagement Session

This post is long overdue but I am so excited to share this one for many reasons! First, Frank and Wendi are getting married in just about six months in GEORGIA! It will be my first destination wedding in Georgia and I am so looking forward to getting to travel to a new place and photograph their wedding at a gorgeous venue. Secondly, Frank is my uncle and there is just something so cool about being able to capture such a special day for family. I am very honored that they asked me to photograph their wedding! All of my family will be at the wedding so that will be another first for me. Lastly, Frank and Wendi have the coolest story ever. They dated after high school, but life took them on different paths for a bit. They reconnected a few years ago and now they are planning their dream wedding. They are the definition of true love and seeing them so happy is just the best! Because they met here in VA, they decided that taking their engagement photos here would be quite fitting. I agreed and we explored downtown Culpeper for their engagement session. It was SUPER cold that day but gosh I love these photos! Enjoy some favorites from a very special engagement session!
