Kirsten + Austin | Bluemont Engagement Session

Today’s blog post is a great one!  I photographed Kirsten and Austin’s engagement session in Bluemont, and it was such an amazing day.  We met up at Bear Chase Brewery for the first part of their session, then ventured out to Bear’s Den Overlook for sunset portraits.  I had never been to the brewery or the overlook before, so it was great to to photograph in new places because it pushes me to be more creative.  I am always amazed at the beautiful photo spots in Virginia- there are so many hidden gems that make great locations for portraits!

Kirsten and I actually used to work together in college, and we used to chat all the time about our dream weddings.  Now, here she is planning her dream day and I am blessed to photograph it <3 I truly have the best job with the best clients/friends!

Kirsten is beautiful!!
